You will build and maintain features across Ruby on Rails and Hanami services, managing the full lifecycle from design to production. Additionally, you will debug production issues, write efficient database queries, and utilize AI tooling to enhance development workflows.
Candidates must have 2–4 years of experience building production software, including at least 1–2 years specifically with Ruby on Rails. A solid grasp of RSpec, test-driven development, and relational databases is required.

THE POSITION
Victory Live is looking for a Mid-Level Software Engineer to build and maintain features across our Ruby on Rails and Hanami services. You'll own well-scoped pieces of our B2B marketplace and ticketing platform end to end, from design through production, working closely with senior engineers who'll help you level up.
