Provide direct psychiatric care and psychopharmacologic management to adults with serious mental illness in an outpatient setting. Serve as the clinical lead by mentoring psychiatric clinicians and partnering with leadership to ensure evidence-based care.
Requires an MD or DO with specialty training in Psychiatry and licensure to practice in Arizona. Preferred candidates have at least three years of experience in community psychiatry and prior leadership or mentorship experience.

You will provide direct psychiatric care to adults living with serious mental illness, including schizophrenia spectrum disorders, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, and other complex psychiatric conditions. You will work alongside psychiatrists, psychiatric NPs, an on-site PCP, on-site pharmacist, nurses, case managers, and peer support specialists in a collaborative, team-based model.
In your leadership capacity, you will serve as the psychiatric clinical lead for your site, mentoring psychiatrists and psychiatric APRNs, advancing clinical excellence, contributing to quality improvement, and partnering with site and network leadership to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care. You will receive mentorship and support from our Chief Medical Officer to help you grow and succeed in this role.
