The bus driver is responsible for planning outing routes, performing vehicle safety inspections, and assisting residents on and off the bus. They must also provide support during outings and act effectively in emergency situations.
Candidates must hold a valid Class F license and have at least three years of driving experience, preferably in a senior care setting. A clean driving record and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are required.
