The Residential Aide provides direct support, care, and rule enforcement for clients residing in a shelter facility. Key duties include managing intake/exit logs, distributing meals, conducting safety rounds, and maintaining facility cleanliness.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid NYS security license, and at least two years of experience in congregate residential services or homeless populations. Required certifications include Food Protection and CPR/First Aid.

Under the general direction of the Shift Supervisor, the RA provides direct assistance, support, and care to clients residing in the facility, as well as supporting, assisting, and enforcing facility rules. This position is responsible for working with clients at our Central Park West location in New York, NY.
