The Client Contracts Officer oversees the end-to-end creation, management, and renewal of client contracts to ensure legal and funding compliance. They act as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders to resolve queries and maintain accurate documentation.
Candidates should possess strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment. Knowledge of NDIS compliance and funding rules is required or must be acquired quickly.

Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.
We currently have a fixed term contract position available until 31st December 2026 within our Client Retention and Acquisition division, focused on contracts administration for our valued clients.
The Client Contracts Officer is responsible for oversees the creation, management, and renewal of client contracts ensuring legal compliance, accurate documentation, funding alignment, and risk management contributing to an experience that empowers our clients to belong and thrive, now and into the future.
You will enjoy interacting with diverse stakeholders and possess the communication and relationship skills to thrive in a fast paced, diverse and complex environment.
