The Assistant Program Manager assists with daily team scheduling, administrative tasks, and provides direct care to residents. They are responsible for modeling professional behavior and fostering a supportive house culture for individuals with psychiatric conditions.
Candidates must have a High School diploma or GED and at least two years of experience working with psychiatric or co-occurring populations. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to pass criminal and driving background checks are required.

Our residential staff establish life-changing relationships with our participants and provide opportunities to optimize their independence, rehabilitation, and recovery.
CTLP is dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive environment for individuals with persistent psychiatric conditions, enabling them to live safely and successfully within the community. The program is specifically designed to support clients who have experienced longstanding challenges with community living and have a history of repeated psychiatric hospitalizations.
