MAP is an innovative program dedicated to engaging the community and providing rehabilitative programming for justice-involved individuals. We focus on promoting long-term, self-sustaining skills through vocational training and personal development services. This unique model hosts a variety of sub-contractors at one site to reduce barriers for clients.
Position Overview
Assists the Program Director in management of all quality assurance for program services and operations as well as sub-contractors. Ensures community safety and effective program operation through internal and external monitoring of contract development, compliance and quality assurance for program services. Assumes duties and responsibilities in the absence of the Program Director.
The Quality Assurance and Sub-Contractor Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of work performed program staff as well as by sub-contractors on behalf of Community Solutions, Inc. They collaborate with project managers, sub- contractors, and internal teams to guarantee that projects are completed with fidelity, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Sub-contractor Selection and Evaluation
Participate in the selection of sub-contractors based on their qualifications, experience, and ability to meet project requirements Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations of sub-contractors' performance, including quality of work, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with contracts
Quality Assurance Planning
Develop quality assurance plans and procedures for each project, outlining specific quality benchmarks and criteria. Collaborate with project managers to integrate quality assurance into project schedules and budgets. Monitor internal program operation for compliance with Agency policy and procedure, applicable Standards and relevant contractual policy. Develop relevant measures to address any deficiencies identified.
Quality Oversight
Monitor and inspect sub-contractors' work to ensure it complies with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Identify and report quality issues or deviations, and work with sub-contractors to implement corrective actions.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain comprehensive records of quality assessments, inspections, and any non-conformities. Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance to project stakeholders and management.
Communication and Collaboration
Foster open and effective communication between sub-contractors, project teams, and other relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with sub-contractors to resolve quality-related issues and ensure alignment with project goals.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices to enhance overall project quality. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging quality standards.
Risk Management
Identify and mitigate potential risks related to sub-contractor performance and quality. Develop contingency plans for addressing unexpected quality issues.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm (This schedule is subject to change based on program's need)

Qualifications Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree and three years of experience in the social service or criminal justice field. Education may be substituted with relevant experience on a one year for one year basis. Experience with Microsoft Office. Experience with Criminal Justice Evidence-Based Practices Proven experience in quality assurance, project management, or a related role. Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Two (2) weeks’ vacation accrued within the first year, bumped to three (3) weeks accrual after 1 year of service. Sick time (7 days accrual basis), floating holiday time (4 days/year).
