The Project Manager will oversee commercial and industrial electrical projects from preconstruction through final closeout, managing budgets, schedules, and field coordination. They are responsible for maintaining strong financial performance, ensuring safety compliance, and serving as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of project management experience in commercial or industrial electrical construction and possess a valid Connecticut E-1 or E-2 Electrical License. Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore or Bluebeam and strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation methods are required.
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. This role will have full ownership of project schedules, budgets, procurement, field coordination, cost control, and client communication while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience working for an electrical contractor or electrical subcontractor, understands commercial electrical systems and construction practices, and can independently manage multiple projects while maintaining strong financial and operational performance.
