The Scheduling Coordinator manages the deployment of qualified source inspectors and serves as the primary point of contact for aerospace customers. This role involves scheduling inspections, coordinating logistics, maintaining accurate records, and supporting billing and hour reconciliation processes.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in scheduling, dispatch, or aerospace operations and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with aerospace standards or quality assurance processes is highly preferred.
Under general supervision and reporting to the Quality Operations Manager, The Scheduling Coordinator plays a key role in supporting aerospace customers by being the first point of contact with the customer, organizing and managing the deployment of qualified source inspectors. This position is responsible for scheduling inspections, coordinating logistics with other programs, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring customers receive timely, high-quality service. The role also provides administrative support through data entry, billing preparation, and reconciliation of inspector hours.
