Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial electrical construction projects for a well-established electrical contractor serving clients throughout Connecticut.
In this role, you will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has a proven background in commercial electrical construction, strong leadership skills, and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects while building lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
Manage commercial and industrial electrical construction projects from contract award through final completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and labor forecasts.
Coordinate field personnel, foremen, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders to support successful project delivery.
