Title: Director of Women’s Ministries
Status: Full-time, exempt, salaried, ministry staff
Purpose: To lead women to take intentional next steps as they Pursue Life in Christ through leading, equipping, and teaching them to live God’s Word and grow with God’s People.
Working Relationship:
Accountable to the Board of Elders through the Senior Pastor with direct supervision of their ministry area by the Pastor of Ministry. A member of the Ministry Staff and appropriate ministry teams as assigned.

Physical and Mental Requirements
