Do you have experience supporting people who are living with autism or developmental disabilities?
If so – you are encouraged to consider an available Independent Assessor position with Liberty Healthcare.
This role involves assessing individuals to determine eligibility for home and community-based services that promote greater independence and wellbeing.
Responsibilities
Leading virtual and in-person meetings with children and adults with developmental disabilities and autism
Speaking with family members, guardians, and caregivers
Administering structured assessments
Completing reports
Work setting & schedule options
This is a field-based remote position which will primarily allow you to work from home
Travel is required throughout Nampa, Canyon County, and nearby counties in Idaho (up to 25%)
You may work Monday through Friday during daytime hours
You may also flex your schedule into the evening and weekends
Traditional full-time schedules and flexible part-time schedules are offered
