Requires a Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation or a related field and at least three years of experience in a healthcare setting. Must hold a CTRS certification or a specialty certification in Art, Dance, or Music, along with CPR and de-escalation certifications.

In this hands-on role, you will use recreation, expressive therapies, and structured activities to help patients build skills, improve well-being, and reconnect with a sense of purpose during their treatment journey. The Activity Therapist supports the emotional and social well being of patients by planning and leading therapeutic groups and activities that promote self expression, coping skills and positive behavior change
