The Sales Counselor sells pre-need and at-need funeral, cemetery, and merchandise services to families. They are responsible for generating leads through walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting while providing compassionate support to families.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional education in business or marketing preferred. Candidates should have at least one year of sales experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
