The Sales Counselor sells pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, and merchandise to families. They are responsible for generating leads through walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting while assisting families with selections and attending services.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional education in business, marketing, or sales preferred. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and at least one year of sales experience.
