As one of Michigan's leading child and family service organizations, we provide counseling, family preservation, foster care, adoption, residential treatment, and supportive services that help children and families build brighter futures.

We're seeking a compassionate, experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership, coaching, and clinical oversight to a team of therapists serving youth and families across school-based, community-based, and residential settings. This is an opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with leadership skills while helping ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care for children and families throughout West Michigan.

What You'll Do

As the Clinical Supervisor, you will:

Clinical Leadership & Staff Development

  • Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and reflective supervision to therapists
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff development
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support professional growth
  • Promote clinician wellness and a trauma-informed work environment

Program Oversight & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and agency standards
  • Review and approve clinical documentation, reports, and treatment plans
  • Monitor caseloads, service delivery, and program outcomes
  • Support compliance with contractual, licensing, and regulatory requirements

Collaboration & Community Engagement

  • Partner with schools, residential teams, and community organizations
  • Build strong relationships with Kent School Services Network and other stakeholders
  • Strengthen care coordination and service integration for youth and families

Direct Clinical Support

  • Maintain a clinical caseload as needed
  • Provide guidance on assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and family engagement
  • Support clinicians in delivering culturally responsive, strengths-based services

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Active Michigan clinical licensure required
  • Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed and evidence-based treatment approaches
  • Experience supervising, mentoring, or developing clinical staff
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record

Preferred Experience

  • School-based mental health services
  • Community mental health or child welfare settings
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
