The Site Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a successful adult day program, including participant intake, activity planning, and staff supervision. They ensure the safety and well-being of participants while coordinating care plans and maintaining health department regulations.
Candidates must have a bachelor's or professional degree and at least three years of supervisory or professional experience. Required qualifications include a valid driver's license, basic computer skills, and a willingness to obtain Food Safety Manager certification.
