Candidates should preferably have a High School Diploma or GED and must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and push loads up to 200 pounds. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, and reliable transportation are required.

As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in moving and processing received waste through established practices, maintaining a clean and orderly floor area, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. This position offers paid training, exposure to operational workflows, and the opportunity to be part of a growing, mission-driven team. Paid training, company-provided uniforms, leading health benefits, tuition reimbursement, vacation/PTO after 90 days, and Stay-On bonus making this a strong opportunity to grow within an essential, mission-driven industry.
