The technician is responsible for apartment reconditioning, responding to service requests, and performing general electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks. They must also adhere to safety standards and comply with fair housing laws and company policies.
Candidates need at least one year of property maintenance experience and the ability to work full-time, including occasional weekends and on-call emergencies. HVAC certification and painting experience are considered a plus.
