The Senior Health & Safety Specialist will lead the site's health, safety, and sustainability strategy while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ISO standards. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and ISO standards is required, along with proficiency in EHS management systems.
At Philip Morris International (PMI), we're seeking a Senior Health & Safety Specialist to help establish and maintain a safe, compliant, and sustainable manufacturing environment at our Aurora, Colorado facility.
In this strategic leadership role, you will lead the site's Health & Safety strategy, ensuring alignment with PMI standards and all applicable regulatory requirements. You will partner with site leadership to integrate health, safety, and sustainability into business operations, performance management, and long-term planning while serving as the site's senior technical expert on occupational health, safety, environmental compliance, and risk management.
Salary Range: $88,000 - $110,000 annually
