Ramp Health is seeking a motivated and engaging Physical Therapist (PT) to provide onsite injury prevention and musculoskeletal health services for employees at a client location in Lima, Ohio.
This is a unique opportunity for a Physical Therapist interested in applying their clinical expertise outside of a traditional outpatient setting. The Physical Therapist will work directly with employees in an industrial workplace to help identify musculoskeletal concerns early, promote safe movement and body mechanics, reduce injury risk, and support a healthier and safer workforce.
The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, comfortable working independently, and enjoys engaging employees directly in their work environment.
This position offers Physical Therapists an opportunity to use their clinical and musculoskeletal expertise in a proactive injury prevention model rather than a traditional clinic-based environment.
Instead of managing a traditional patient caseload, the Physical Therapist works directly within the employee population to identify concerns earlier, provide practical education and intervention, promote healthier movement, and help prevent minor discomfort from developing into more significant issues.
