Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and be fluent in English with basic math and measurement skills. Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions is required, with forklift experience preferred.

Reporting to the Operations Manager and taking daily direction from a Shift Supervisor, the Operator is responsible for coordinating all activities on the conveyor by organizing the work orders at the load and unload stations. Loads and unloads product, completed the required paperwork and assists the Shift Supervisor/Process Supervisor in the safe operation of the system.
