Requires a bachelor's degree in Human Services and over two years of experience in the mental health field. A valid driver's license is required, while a professional license (LCSW, LPC, LAC, or LMFT) and a master's degree are preferred.
Employees working at locations operating 24/7 earn a differential. Shift differentials are also available for evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Role Overview:
In collaboration with the Estes Park Police Department, serves individuals who require 24-hour intensive behavioral health crisis intervention. These services shall be provided to individuals who are in behavioral health crisis and whose needs cannot be accommodated safely in the community or in a less restrictive environment.
