Master's degree in Public Health, Community Services, Social Work, WelfareWork;aPhD (completed or in progress)is highly regarded.
Current registration or membership with Australian Public Health Association (APHA) or Community Work Australia (CWA, formerly ACWA) or the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) is highly desirable.
Demonstrated contemporary industry experience in public health,communityservicesand social work sector, withexpertisein one or more areas such as health promotion,health/social policy, case management, mental health,familyand child protection,homelessnessand housing, youth services, or related fields.
Strong facilitation skills across online and face-to-face learning environmentsin HigherEducation
Experience using learning technologies and digital tools to enhance teaching
Confidence using, or enthusiasm for adopting, AI-enabled approaches in education
Experience designing engaging learning and assessment activities
A student-centredapproach to teaching and learning
Strong communicationand collaboration skills
A growth mindset and commitment to continuous professional learning
