As part of the Process Engineering team you will work alongside leading industry professionals in the Hydrometallurgy and Pyrometallurgy field to guide the development of process engineering deliverables. You will assist to develop solutions across various systems, unit operations and process equipment.

You bring to the role:
You will be working towards a bachelors/masters degree in Chemical Engineering, ideally in your third year (or later) of study, with a strong academic record. Candidates will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and will be collaborators with the ability to think laterally and innovatively to solve problems. You will also have an interest in exploring a future with a global consulting company and are committed to creating positive change.
The 12-week program commences on Monday, 23 Nov 2026. Please note, during this time Hatch will have its annual office closure from COB Friday, 18 December 2026 and will reopen Monday, 4 January 2027.
