The Pharmacist provides consulting services, ensures the accurate dispensing and verification of medications, and manages pharmacy operations. They are also responsible for performing clinical services like immunizations and supporting the pharmacist-in-charge with financial and inventory optimization.
Candidates should possess strong pharmacy knowledge, proficiency in computer systems (Pioneer RX preferred), and the ability to work with diverse populations. Bilingual skills in Spanish or Creole and sensitivity toward the LGBT community are highly recommended.

Supports the efficient workflow of the pharmacy and assists the pharmacist in charge in identifying ways to optimize pharmacy financials, inventory management, and the patient experience.

Bilingual (English Spanish or English-Creole) is preferred. Computer knowledge. Pioneer RX Software Knowledge a plus. Knowledge of the disease concept of chemical dependency, chemical dependency treatment, and group dynamics. Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent organizational, communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills are required to provide adequate treatment to patients, make referrals to appropriate specialists for diagnostic purposes and prioritize patient care issues and standards of care. Able to work with a multicultural and diverse population is required. Sensitivity and knowledge of the LGBT community is highly recommended.
This work requires the following physical activities: constant standing/sitting, talking in person, talking on the phone, hearing/ visual acuity and exposure to blood borne pathogens. Frequent walking, standing and exposure to hazardous materials. Occasional bending, stretching/reaching and driving may be required. Work is performed in office and medical settings.
