Develop and optimize oral solid dosage dietary supplement formulations based on customer specifications and clinical research. Provide technical support for domestic and international customers while managing master formulas and technical reports.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Chemistry with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in GMP regulations, laboratory equipment, and Microsoft Office is essential, with bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred.
Able to lift materials up to 25kg
Works frequently in an office environment in front of a monitor. Works also in the food laboratory and visits the Production area. Person will be subject to food and nutritional bulk ingredients, which may affect the respiratory system or the skin, including an environment subject to odors, dust or airborne allergens.
