We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Store Assistant Manager/Keyholder to help lead our team and support the daily operations of the store. In this role, you’ll assist the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching and supporting team members, ensuring operational excellence, and creating an outstanding customer experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced, playful environment and enjoy leading by example while fostering a fun and welcoming store, this is your opportunity to make a real impact!
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
· 2+ years of management experience in a specialty retail environment.
· Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities, with a proven track record of motivating and building high-performing teams.
· Customer service-oriented, with in-depth knowledge of retail operations and business management processes.
· Expertise in shrink reduction, expense control, merchandising strategies, brand differentiation, and partnership development.
· Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
· Passion for board games, puzzles, and pop culture, with a drive to achieve sales goals.
· Experience recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring employees.
· Self-motivated, energetic, and results driven.
Pay Rate: $18 - $19 per hour
