The Rough-in Foreman oversees the initial construction phase, coordinating crews to install framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and drywall systems. They are responsible for ensuring all work meets building codes, safety standards, and project timelines through regular inspections and reporting.
Candidates need a minimum of 5 years of construction experience focusing on rough-in work, with prior supervisory experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software, along with strong leadership and blueprint reading skills, is required.

The Role:
The Rough-in Foreman will oversee the rough-in phase of construction projects, ensuring the proper installation of all framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, drywall and other systems during the initial stages of construction. This role requires leadership skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of building codes and safety protocols.
