About the Role
The Internal Sales Executive — French Speaking is responsible for supporting commercial activity within the French-speaking market, with a strong focus on existing customers, inbound enquiries, quotations, renewals, upgrades, cross-sell opportunities, and day-to-day sales administration.
This is an internal sales role, working closely with Account Managers, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Sales Operations to ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and professional commercial support.
The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, customer focus, and the ability to manage multiple requests at the same time. The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking with customers, understanding their needs, preparing commercial information, following up on opportunities, and ensuring accurate CRM and order data.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a structured commercial environment, works well with internal teams, and can help customers progress smoothly through renewals, upgrades, product enquiries, and commercial requests.
Main Responsibilities
Required Skills and Experience
Desired Skills
- Experience in software, SaaS, design software, business software, or technology solutions.
- Experience supporting renewals, licence management, upgrades, or subscription-based customers.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales productivity tools.
- Understanding of the kitchen, bathroom, furniture, interior design, manufacturing, or retail software sectors.
- Ability to understand customer workflows and identify where additional products or services may add value.
- Experience working in an international sales organisation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to coordinate across departments.
Profile We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone commercially minded, organised, and customer-focused.
You should be comfortable managing customer requests, following up on open actions, preparing accurate commercial information, and supporting customers throughout their relationship with Cyncly.
This is not a pure acquisition role. The focus is on supporting and growing customer relationships from inside the business: renewals, quotes, upgrades, customer enquiries, CRM accuracy, and coordination with internal teams.
The ideal candidate will be structured, responsive, and confident speaking with customers in French and English. You should enjoy solving problems, keeping things moving, and making sure customers do not get lost between departments — because that is where deals, renewals, and sanity usually go to die.
