The Sales Administrator provides administrative support to sales and business development, focusing on order monitoring and timely delivery. They coordinate between customers, the art team, and suppliers to ensure artwork specifications are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
Candidates should possess basic computer skills and be at least 18 years old. Preferred qualifications include a High School diploma/GED and experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.

The Sales Administrator directly supports the sales and business development functions in an administrative capacity. This position is responsible for monitoring order status and to ensure the order arrives to the vendor and the customer on time and without error. The Sales Administrator works with the art team and customer to ensure artwork meets specifications and customer satisfaction. This position requires regular interaction with customers via phone, chat and email.
Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: High School/GED
Experience: Sales and customer service experience. Call center experience.
