The Warehouse Manager oversees all warehouse activities, including safety, quality, receiving, and transportation to achieve operating income and ROA goals. Key duties include optimizing staffing systems, managing supplier partnerships, and coordinating product movement and inventory accuracy.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of warehouse experience with supervisory history and proficiency in MS Office and WMS/SAP. A high school diploma is required, while an associate's degree and forklift certification are preferred.
Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the overall activity of the warehouse, including safety/risk management, Quality, RCCA, receiving, transportation (private fleet and 3rd party carriers), warehousing and equipment/building maintenance/repair operations, all in accordance with established Company and regulatory policies and procedures. In this role you will manage the process and performance involved in daily activities of the warehouse to achieve established operating income and ROA goals.
