Perform in-home technical diagnoses and confidently close sales for garage door repairs and upgrades. Execute the physical installation and repair of springs, motors, and full systems while maintaining a 5-star customer experience.
Requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in garage door sales and service, currently employed by a reputable company. Must possess a valid driver's license and the physical ability to lift 75 lbs and work in varying temperatures.

1+ years’ Experience: $7,500 sign on bonus

This is a high-performance, in-home sales role with technical execution.

You are:
Currently working as a garage door technician
Already closing jobs and comfortable selling in the home
Able to clearly explain your sales process and close rate
Proud of your 5-star reviews and customer feedback
Competitive, self-driven, and performance-focused
You’ve never sold and closed your own jobs
You rely on others to sell while you install
You can’t speak to your numbers (close rate, avg ticket, etc.)
You struggle with customer interaction

Specific examples of how you handled objections

Valid driver’s license (3+ years driving record)
