The Keyholder is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering product recommendations, and educating customers on cannabis. They also manage daily store operations, including POS transactions, inventory restocking, and ensuring compliance with all cannabis regulations.
Candidates must have previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality and possess a valid cannabis selling certification. Applicants must meet the provincial minimum age requirement and be able to pass a criminal record check.
