Customer Service Specialists assist wholesale and retail customers by determining their needs and recommending appropriate Sherwin-Williams product solutions. They are also responsible for resolving customer concerns, maintaining store visual standards, and meeting sales goals.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the country, and capable of lifting up to 70 lbs. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, one year of relevant experience, and the ability to communicate in Spanish.
