This role is designed for individuals who want to build long-term skills and client relationships within the travel industry while working remotely. As a Remote Travel Specialist, you will help clients research, plan, and book vacations, cruises, hotels, and travel experiences based on their preferences and goals.
No previous travel experience is required. Comprehensive training, certification, and ongoing mentorship are provided. This position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy client interaction, planning, and working remotely.
This is a performance-based role designed for individuals willing to invest time in developing clientele and growing professionally.
Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to plan and book travel experiences that meet their needs and preferences
Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options
Coordinate bookings, itineraries, and travel documentation
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms
Deliver professional customer service before, during, and after travel
Participate in basic marketing activities such as sharing travel content and promoting services (training provided)
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must reside and be legally eligible to work in one of the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, or Mexico
Reliable internet access and a computer or smart device
Strong communication and organizational skills
Customer service skills
Marketing skills are a plus
