As a Lead AI Engineer, you will own the delivery of complex, multi-component products and play a pivotal role in shaping how our engineering teams leverage AI-driven product development.
In this role, you will function as a hybrid of engineer, architect, analyst, and product partner. You will establish pod-level AI workflows, lead the adoption of agentic development practices across teams, and build AI-enabled solutions that significantly improve engineering velocity and output quality.
