Job Overview
Legacy Supply Chain is hiring an experienced Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager to support the company’s growth and business development organization. As a Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager, you will serve as a critical liaison between marketing and sales, driving alignment, accelerating pipeline growth, and supporting Legacy’s aggressive business development strategy. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match. The role reports directly to the Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Marketing, and works in our Corporate Headquarters located in downtown Indianapolis, IN.
Schedule and Compensation
Monday through Friday - 8am to 5pm

What to expect as a Marketing & Sales Enablement Coordinator:
Acts as the primary marketing interface between the client’s sales organization, including inside and outside sales teams in the US and Canada.
Aligns sales targeting strategies with go-to-market campaign execution, including facilitating internal review/coordination of marketing content and campaigns.
Accelerates getting content into marketing channels (ie. through Hubspot, LinkedIn).
Collaborate with sales teams across all Legacy business units to accelerate pipeline and revenue goals.
Partner with the Marketing team and external agencies to create campaigns, materials, and sales support programs.
Ensure accountability for marketing-generated leads and provide value-add support on individual sales opportunities.
Maintain CRM data integrity and support governance, reporting, dashboards, and user training.
Create closed-loop visibility between sales and marketing campaigns.

Research competitor tactics, market conditions, and industry trends to inform strategy.
Support internal and external communications initiatives.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or agency setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to create compelling content tailored to audience segments.
Tech-savvy and data-driven with attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and ability to support multiple teams and programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Desire and willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
