The Field Service Technician will diagnose and repair Caterpillar equipment at customer sites while maintaining high standards of safety and integrity. They are responsible for building trusted customer relationships through regular on-site visits and providing superior product expertise.
Candidates must hold a valid 421A Heavy Equipment Technician License and possess at least 3 years of experience in heavy equipment repair. Familiarity with Cat systems such as ET and SIS, along with a valid driver's license, is required.
