The Superintendent oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met. They provide leadership to supervisors and staff while driving continuous improvement and maintaining operational compliance.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience, including supervision of multiple departments or shifts. Proficiency in manufacturing systems, ERP software, and strong problem-solving skills are required.

The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing daily production operations within assigned departments to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives are achieved. This role provides leadership and direction to supervisors and employees, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. The Superintendent works closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and maintain a positive work environment.
