Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training or commercial operations and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience in pharmaceutical services, CDMO, or complex B2B environments is highly preferred.
We have an opportunity for a Commercial Sales Training & Onboarding Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead training, onboarding, and Salesforce enablement programs that support consistent execution in a new commercial operating model. You will build learning infrastructure, practical tools, and certification programs to strengthen sales methodology adoption and commercial readiness. This position requires a hands-on approach to translate strategy into clear training, role-based onboarding, and operating routines.

The annual pay range for this position in New Jersey is $125,000-145,000
