The Footwear Designer is responsible for sketching, creating tech packs, and developing seasonal collections that align with brand objectives and margin expectations. This includes collaborating with international manufacturing teams, researching trends, and managing prototype corrections and fit approvals.
Candidates should possess a college design degree in footwear and 3-5+ years of experience in footwear design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, strong hand sketching abilities, and a deep knowledge of footwear materials and construction are required.
