Comfortable working independently in the field, managing a territory, prioritizing visits, and maintaining a consistent cadence of shop engagement.
Strong consultative approach with the ability to identify workshop needs, ask effective questions, and connect customers to the right Bosch solutions or next steps.
Proficiency with digital tools, CRM/reporting systems, mobile applications, and data-entry processes used to document visits, opportunities, and follow-up activity.
High attention to detail and accountability for timely, accurate reporting, clean customer data, and completion of required follow-up actions.
Ability to support product demonstrations, program explanations, training awareness, and distributor or workshop events in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Adaptability, professionalism, and resilience when working in a fast-paced field environment with varied customer needs and market conditions.
