Manage the execution of clinical trials from start-up to closure in collaboration with Clinical Project Managers. This includes tracking deliverables, managing CRO relationships, and identifying process improvements within Clinical Operations.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of biopharmaceutical clinical operations experience, including 2+ years as a CTM. Mandatory experience in early phase oncology or rare disease and strong knowledge of FDA, ICH, and GCP guidelines is required.

We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and adaptable Clinical Trial Manager within our Clinical Operations team who will manage the conduct and execution of one or more clinical trials from study start-up to study closure in close collaboration with the Clinical Project Manager and/or Associate Director/Director of Clinical Operations.
Reporting to an Associate Director/Director of Clinical Operations, you will be an essential member of the Clinical Operations team within Development and work closely with cross-functional study teams. You will impact all phases of Development clinical trials. The team is dedicated to ensuring operational excellence across our clinical programs.
This position is open to both remote and hybrid models. The hybrid position would be office-based at our London, England office near King's Cross. Employees are expected to work in the office at least 50% of the time. Relocation support can be provided for candidates not local to either geographical location.
At Recursion, we believe that every employee should be compensated fairly. Based on the skills, experience, and qualifications needed for this role, the estimated annual base salary range is: £62,400–£84,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package.
