Experience managing custom packaging development and turnkey manufacturing programs from concept through commercialization.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.
Experience working with overseas manufacturers, particularly in China.
Knowledge of packaging specifications, testing requirements, BOM creation, and manufacturing processes.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to travel up to 20% as business needs require.
