The Sales Supervisor leads store operations to achieve sales goals while ensuring an excellent, technology-driven customer experience. They are responsible for managing inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and coaching sales associates to maintain high performance and brand standards.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of retail experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and full availability across a 7-day work week are required.

The Sales Supervisor will help lead and execute all efforts required to achieve individual store goals.
