The Quality Manager will lead a team of quality professionals to implement and maintain quality management systems while driving continuous improvement initiatives. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory and customer standards.
Candidates must have at least 12 years of experience in quality with at least 4 years in a leadership role and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Strong proficiency in quality methodologies, root cause analysis, and data-driven problem solving is required.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Quality Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems, processes, and procedures to ensure that our products/services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The Quality Manager will lead a team of quality professionals in efforts to drive Quality Excellence within area of responsibility while working closely with cross-functional partners and the Regional Quality Organization to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
