The agent is responsible for distributing work schedules and ensuring optimal coverage of transport services while respecting contractual and legal requirements. They manage last-minute adjustments due to absenteeism and collaborate with dispatch and HR teams to maintain operational continuity.
The candidate must be able to manage operational logistics and react quickly to unforeseen issues like breakdowns or delays. Proficiency in maintaining operational tracking tools and coordinating with multiple departments is required.
Relevant du gestionnaire de la planification opérationnelle, l’agent(e) contribue activement à la mise en place et au bon déroulement quotidien des services de transport en veillant à ce que les services soient couverts efficacement et dans le respect des exigences contractuelles et des normes en vigueur.
· Effectuer la distribution des horaires de travail à combler selon les services planifiés;
· Assurer une couverture optimale des besoins opérationnels en tenant compte des absences, vacances, formations, et autres éléments d’indisponibilité;
· Gérer les ajustements de dernière minute en fonction des imprévus ou de l’absentéisme, tout en respectant les règles en place (conventions collectives, lois du travail, normes internes);
· Collaborer avec les équipes de répartition pour assurer une coordination optimale nécessaire aux opérations;
· Maintenir à jour les systèmes d’opérations et les outils de suivi utilisés par l’équipe (rapports, tableaux, etc.);
· Vérifier et transmettre les informations nécessaires à la validation des heures de travail à des fins de prépaie;
· Appuyer les superviseurs, les répartiteurs et les conducteurs dans la logistique quotidienne;
· Réagir rapidement aux enjeux ou aux situations imprévues pour assurer la continuité des services (ex. pannes, retards, absences);
· Collaborer étroitement avec les autres départements (ressources humaines, opérations) pour assurer une cohérence dans les processus.
· Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus de planification et à différents projets internes;
· Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes en lien avec le poste et les responsabilités de l’équipe
· Poste temporaire 6 mois à temps plein (40 heures/semaine);
· Horaire de travail du lundi au vendredi, entre 8 h et 17 h, avec un samedi sur trois en rotation; assujetti aux beoins opérationnels
· Mode de travail hybride avec un minimum de deux (2) jours de travail au bureau de Terrebonne
