The General Manager oversees the cost-effective delivery of transportation services and ensures full contractual compliance. They act as the primary liaison between MTM Transit, clients, and corporate departments to maintain high customer service standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and 3-5 years of experience managing a ParaTransit location along with general management experience. A valid driver's license is required, while a CDL Class B and union management experience are preferred.

The General Manager works in collaboration with operations, corporate support departments, and transportation providers to ensure the most appropriate and cost-effective delivery of transportation services. Will act as the internal liaison between departments and clients to ensure that the location is fully compliant with all contractual requirements.
This position is contingent on award of Tuolumne County Transit contract.
