The General Manager oversees transportation service delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and client needs. They manage staff, monitor performance, and act as a liaison between the company and clients to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. and 3-5 years of management experience in the Fixed Route Transit industry. A valid driver's license and knowledge of ADA, DOT, and FTA regulations are required.

The General Manager works in collaboration with operations, corporate support departments, and transportation providers to ensure the most appropriate and cost-effective delivery of transportation services. Will act as the internal liaison between departments and clients to ensure that the location is fully compliant with all contractual requirements.
